Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern US Indian Matrimony, operated by Nova Labs. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. The service is intended for the Indian community in the United States. Information must be accurate, and a profile created for someone else requires that person's knowledge and consent.

Accounts and profiles

Safeguard access to your Google account, create profiles only when authorized, keep information current, and do not impersonate anyone or create fraudulent or duplicate profiles.

Acceptable conduct

Do not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, scam, impersonate, spam, solicit commercially, post unlawful or exploitative content, misuse another member's contact information, or try to bypass Blocks or enforcement.

Photos and content

You retain rights you may have in your content. You permit Nova Labs to store, review, and display submitted content as needed to operate the service. Profiles and photos may be approved, rejected, hidden, or removed, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Introductions and compatibility

The service facilitates introductions; it does not guarantee compatibility, a response, engagement, relationship, or marriage. Member information is generally member-provided. We do not guarantee identity, background, financial, employment, health, or marital-status verification. Compatibility comparison is informational only.

Safety

Never send money or financial credentials. Meet initially in public, tell trusted family or friends, use Block and Report when needed, and contact emergency services for immediate danger.

Moderation and enforcement

Nova Labs may review reports and content and may hide, suspend, deactivate, or terminate profiles or access for policy or safety reasons. Records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, audit, dispute, and legal purposes.

Payments

Paid features are not currently offered. Future paid features may have additional displayed terms.

Third-party services

We use Google authentication, Supabase infrastructure, Render backend hosting, and Vercel frontend hosting to operate the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis and may not always be uninterrupted. It does not provide professional legal, financial, medical, or relationship advice. To the extent permitted by law, Nova Labs is not responsible for indirect losses or harm resulting from member interactions, inaccurate member information, or misuse of the service. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Termination

You may deactivate your profile, but deactivation does not necessarily delete all records. Nova Labs may suspend or terminate access for policy or safety reasons.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact support@usindianmatrimony.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Except where prohibited by law, unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a court trial.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised date. Continued use after updates means acceptance where permitted by law. Contact support@usindianmatrimony.com with questions.
