Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect Google account identity and email; profile-for relationship; profile, preference, location, education, career, family, lifestyle, Partner Expectations, Compatibility, and photo information; Favorites; Interests and Connections; Blocks and reports; moderation, enforcement, and self-deactivation records; and device, security, log, and support information. We do not collect Mobile OTP, payment-card data, or active subscription information.

How we use information

Nova Labs uses information to authenticate members, create and manage profiles, support Search and matching filters, provide Compatibility comparison, Favorites, Interests, Connections, and contact reveal, moderate profiles and photos, review reports, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain reliability, and comply with law.

What other members can see

Eligible members can see approved profile fields, an approved primary photo, member-safe Search and Profile Detail information, and Compatibility answers a member chooses to share. Contact details are revealed only after a valid Connection under current rules.

Information kept private or restricted

Google credentials, private health or accessibility details, private Compatibility answers, Favorites, reports and reporter identity, Admin notes, raw enforcement records, private file-storage paths, and contact details not yet revealed remain private or restricted.

Service providers

We use Google for authentication, Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage, Render for backend hosting, and Vercel for frontend hosting. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Safety and legal disclosures

We may share information when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal obligations, or protection of rights.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service and for legitimate safety, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute, audit, security, and legal purposes. Reports, enforcement records, photo moderation history, consent records, security logs, and related audit information may be retained after profile deactivation or content removal. Information handled by service providers may also remain in backups or retained records according to their operational and legal requirements. We do not promise immediate physical deletion from every system.

Your choices and data requests

You can edit profile information, manage answer visibility and photos, remove Favorites, Block or Unblock, submit reports, and deactivate your profile. You may contact support@usindianmatrimony.com to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information. Requests may require identity verification and are reviewed subject to applicable law and legitimate safety, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, and operational requirements. Self-deactivation does not permanently delete all records.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including private storage and access controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your Google account. The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes and contact
